About Good Karma Mediation

Karma Deady, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP founded Good Karma Mediation, LLC in January 2019 based in Montgomery County, Texas.  Although Karma is not a licensed attorney, she has 14 years’ experience in Conflict Management while working as a Human Resources Professional along with a Master's Degree in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Butler University.  Karma also holds a Certificate in Mediation (Basic Trainlong 40 Hours) and Arbitration (9 Hours) including Family Law (30 Hours) from Manousso Mediation Training, LLC. Karma’s passion has always been helping people, and by using her skills and abilities to help mediate conflict situations, she is able to continue to help others.

Karma has completed the 40 hour training curriculum required for a Professional Mediator along with the addition 30 hours of Family Law and 8 hours of Arbitration with Manousso Mediation LLC.

Karma is a candidate for membership with the Texas Association of Mediators and well-versed in intercultural and interpersonal communications.  She is energetic and happy to assist you with your or your client’s commercial or civil mediation needs anywhere in the country.
